Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hot coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, scalded
- 1 shot of almond liqueur

- Just combine the ingredients and serve.
- You can use almond extract instead of liqueur for a non-alcoholic version.

- 3 cups coffee, cold
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Amaretto
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- Crushed ice
Directions
- Combine everything except ice in a blender and whip until smooth
- Fill glasses half full with crushed ice, and fill the rest with coffee mixture
- Serves 6
Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Dissolve sugars in coffee while it is hot
- Let cool, and add almond
- Pour into a metal tray and freeze until nearly solid
- Beat well, then freeze again until it reaches a sherbet texture
- Serve topped with whipped cream
- Serves 4
