Iced Jamaican Coffee

An iced version of the popular Jamaican coffee cocktail. It’s a nicely creamy iced coffee, with the smooth warmth of dark rum and Tia Maria.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz Tia Maria
  • 3/4 oz heavy cream
  • 4 oz chilled coffee
  • Crushed ice

Directions

  1. Combine liqueurs, coffee and cream
  2. Partially fill a wine glass with crushed ice, and pour mixture over ice
  3. Serve

Sassy Soda

Ingredients

  • 1 pint coffee ice cream
  • 2 tbs ground coffee
  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • 4-6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Blend coffee ice cream, coffee and rum in a blender until smooth
  2. Pour into tall glasses, and top with a scoop of vanilla
  3. Serves 4-6
